Start of A2...

Today we began to discuss what the A2 course entails: different theorists, music videos, campaigns, digipaks and the fact that it is a lot more effort then A1. Dyer and Negus were the two examples of theorists mentioned and who we will be including in the course. These days I am quite into music by Drake, Beyoncé, The Weeknd and other artists in that kind of genre. I equally enjoy more organic kind of music by artists similar to James Bay etc. I can use these artists music video's as inspiration for my music video soon to come, in terms of their effects, lighting and editing techniques as some are way to explicit for an A2 piece. I am looking forward to starting the music videos in September and the A2 course in general as I am interested to see how it all pans out..
